Kontora Family Office, a German asset management firm, has joined forces with Singapore-based Seraya Partners to offer its clients access to digital infrastructure and energy-transition opportunities across Asia Pacific.
Investments will be made through the Seraya Partners Fund II, which has a target size of $1.5 billion and is planning a portfolio of eight to 10 platform investments. The regional focus is on developed markets such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia.
According to Kontora, the strategy addresses the increasing investment needs in renewable energies, energy storage and digital infrastructure, including data centers and telecommunications. The fund integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into the investment process and is classified as an Article 8 fund.
Seraya said the partnership reflects growing investor interest in resilient, long-term infrastructure in developed Asia and selective Southeast Asia.
