KKR has raised $6.4 billion for its KKR Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors II fund in a final closing. The fund was backed by a diverse group of new and existing prominent global investors across the world, including public and corporate pensions, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowment funds and asset managers.

Fund II is the largest pan-regional infrastructure fund to have been raised for Asia Pacific, according to KKR.
