KKR has secured more than $5.7 billion for its KKR Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors II, according to a recent filing with the SEC. The document reports that at least 67 investors have contributed to the fund.
The fund launched in May 2022 and will invest in critical infrastructure with low volatility and strong downside protection in Asia Pacific. The fund series has a broad investment mandate across both emerging and developed Asia Pacific in sectors, such as waste, renewables, power and utilities, telecommunications and transportation infrastructure.
