KGAL is completing its “Next Generation” realignment project through a new management structure and reorganization of its real estate, sustainable infrastructure and aviation asset classes.
At the end of this year, Florian Martin, who currently serves as managing director capital, and André Zücker, the current managing director real estate, will take over the company management as co-CEOs, starting Jan. 1, 2024. Gert Waltenbauer, CEO, and Klaus Wolf, CIO, will step down by the end of 2023. The duo have both been influential leaders at KGAL for more than 30 years
At the same time, KGAL is dissolving boundaries between its asset classes with its “Next Generation” strategy. With this realignment, KGAL said it is optimally positioned to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the market correction and by new links between real estate and sustainable infrastructure in the interests of investors.
