The Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN) has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with I Squared Capital to jointly explore and deliver infrastructure projects globally outside Japan, with a special focus on transportation and urban development areas.
The two organizations will form a framework to identify, evaluate and invest in high-quality infrastructure opportunities globally, including in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.
