John Howells takes up energy/infrastructure role at Gerald Eve

John Howells has joined real estate advisory business Gerald Eve as an energy and infrastructure partner in the firm’s industrial and logistics team.

Howells joins the firm from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as head of energy and infrastructure. Prior to this, Howells ran his own consulting business and also worked client-side for an energy company. Specializing in providing development and capital-raising advice, as well as high-level strategic consulting, he has been involved in several nationally significant infrastructure projects and landmark land transactions for property redevelopment projects.

Over the past 20 years, Howells has developed relationships with high-profile clients such as SSE, RWE, Uniper, ABP, Ørsted, Centrica, British Airways and The Crown Estate.
