Jeff Cangemi has been hired as managing director, university partnerships, at Greystar.
He joins the firm from Star America Infrastructure Partners, where he served as executive director of business development from May 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, Cangemi held several executive public-private partnership roles at Facchina, Balfour Beatty Investments and Lendlease, according to his LinkedIn page.
Greystar is a fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment management, development and management of rental housing properties globally. The firm owns, operates, and develops rental housing, including traditional multifamily, mixed-use, student and university partnerships, active adult, and flexible housing.
