Greener Power Solutions, a European company specializing in the rental of large-scale mobile batteries for temporary power solutions, has appointed Jasper van den Driest as its new CEO effective Sept. 1.
van den Driest succeeds co-founder Dieter Castelein, who is stepping down after eight years with the company. The leadership transition comes as Greener, with the support of infrastructure investor CVC DIF, enters a new phase of international growth and looks to target a broader range of European markets, while also expanding the product and services offering for its customers.
With a track record of entrepreneurial leadership and transformational growth across multiple industries, van den Driest will bring more than 15 years of CEO experience to Greener. He is now CEO at Vandebron, a Dutch energy retailer serving around 240,000 households with clean energy, and he previously served as CEO at Guidion, a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace for telecoms and energy tec
