Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS), a water and wastewater treatment solutions provider headquartered in Colorado, in partnership with Sciens Water Opportunities Management, has taken ownership of M|MBR Systems, a membrane bioreactor manufacturer and distributor.
Founded in 2018 and based out of Austin, M|MBR Systems primarily serves selected wastewater treatment and water reuse markets in the United States.
IWS said integrating M|MBR Systems will enhance its product and solutions offerings for current and new customers within the water and wastewater treatment market. M|MBR Systems currently manufactures BluBox Modular MBR Systems, IWS’s premier MBR product for wastewater treatment. Through the acquisition of M|MBR, IWS will look to expand the market opportunities for BluBox through; a greater breadth of solutions and new cross-selling opportunities.
