ISQ Growth Markets Infrastructure Fund, a closed-end infrastructure fund managed by I Squared Capital, is inching closer to its $2 billion fundraising target. The fund has secured more than $1.78 billion from investors, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
ISQ Growth Markets Infrastructure Fund is an extension of ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, due to the quality and quantity of investment opportunities in growth markets. The vehicle aims to take advantage of the large number of investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector across growth markets in Asia and Latin America.
According to the SEC filing, 15 investors have backed the fund.
