Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, financially backed by EnCap Flatrock Midstream, has made two significant promotions within its executive leadership team.
Justin Johnson has been promoted to president from chief commercial officer, and Tyler Mason has been promoted to chief commercial officer from vice president of commercial. Mike Williams, who founded Ironwood in 2015, continues to lead the company as CEO.
Johnson joined Ironwood in 2017 as CFO before becoming chief commercial officer in 2021. Prior to Ironwood, Johnson served as CFO at Palmera Resources. Johnson has also held various leadership roles in corporate development, finance, treasury and accounting with Amromco Energy, Quantum Resources and Carrizo Oil & Gas.
Mason joined Ironwood in 2021 as vice president of commercial. Previously, Mason spent nearly nine years at Howard Energy Partners, most recently as vice president of business development, where he negotiated and executed midstream pr
