Ironstone Capital Advisory, the infrastructure arm of Ironstone Capital, has rebranded as Infrastructure Capital Australia (ICA) Partners.
ICA said the rebrand is a consequence of the firm’s evolution and is reflective of the significant transformation under way across the energy, resources and infrastructure industries.
It will continue to work closely with Ironstone Capital, which provides specialist financial and strategic advice to clients in the infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors.
One of Australia’s leading boutique advisory firms, ICA was established by Michael Siede, Aaron Simcock and Greg Arandt in 2012, and later joined by Alistair Craib in 2013. Together, the firm’s principals have more than 80 years of experience combined across energy, resources and infrastructure disciplines. The firm completed more than 30 transactions in FY19, according to ICA.
