Institutional Real Estate, Inc., has launched its IREI.Q database. Although the database has been in the works for the past two years, the IREI data services department has been continually researching, populating and updating the data.
IREI.Q tracks more than 5,000 global institutional real estate investment programs — more than 1,000 of which are active in the market now and seeking to raise a combined total of more than $400 billion from institutional investors. The database includes information on industry contacts, organizations, and investment products, as well as data on fundraising activity.
Previously IREI’s database, FundTracker, was only available through the IREI data services department via special request. It is now available to subscribers as a 24/7 tool.
