InfraVia Capital Partners has sold CELESTE, a French telecom operator specializing in high-performance fiber optic, cloud and cybersecurity solutions for businesses, to CVC DIF.
CELESTE has a privately owned network spanning more than 14,000 kilometers (8,699 miles) in France and Switzerland and also operates three high-security data centers.
This represents a portfolio exit for InfraVia, which has been invested in the company since 2019.
“Over the past years, CELESTE has evolved into a fully integrated B2B digital infrastructure platform, combining proprietary fiber, cloud and cybersecurity capabilities, underpinned by an ambitious buy-and-build strategy,” stated InfraVia in a recent LinkedIn posting.
Earlier this month, InfraVia and CVC DIF also announced InfraVia is buying D-Marin, a premium marina operator in the Mediterranean, from CVC DIF.
