InfraVia to acquire premium marina platform from CVC

InfraVia, an independent private equity firm in Europe, has plans to acquire D-Marin, a premium marina operator in the Mediterranean, from its shareholder CVC.

D-Marin operates and develops premium marinas in some of the most attractive yachting destinations in the Mediterranean. The company provides a comprehensive range of services for yachting customers, from docking and security to maintenance, hospitality and boatyard services. D-Marin operates 28 premium marinas across nine countries, serving more than 50,000 customers annually through a network of more than 14,300 berths, including more than 1,000 dedicated superyacht berths. The platform also includes 12 professional boatyards, servicing more than 2,500 yachts each year.

D-Marin was founded in 2003 and acquired by CVC in 2020.
