Infrata, a U.K. business management consultant, has hired former Atkins public-private partnership (P3) advisory director Ian Paterson as the company’s new technical director, working out of London.
During his 16-year stint at Atkins, Paterson developed and managed the company’s transport advisory business and specialized in providing technical and procurement services for major international projects and secondary market acquisitions.
Notable transactions Paterson was involved in included Silvertown Tunnel UK, RV3/RV25 inNorway, various Annuity Road Projects in Kenya, South Fraser Perimeter Road in Canada, Limerick Tunnel in Ireland, Arlandabanan railway in Sweden and Manchester Metrolink in the United Kingdom, according to Infrata.
Paterson has also worked on other projects in Belgium, Austria, Greece, Netherlands, Croatia, Germany, France, Turkey, the UAE and the United States.
