InfraRed selects Mark Tiner as CFO of its core infrastructure funds

InfraRed Capital Partners, an international infrastructure asset manager, has appointed Mark Tiner to CFO of its core infrastructure funds, including CFO of HICL Infrastructure, the FTSE 250–listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed.

As CFO of HICL, Tiner will lead the company’s financial reporting and portfolio management. This will include key responsibilities for capital management, valuation, portfolio outperformance and financial optimization. He will be a member of the HICL investment committee.

Tiner brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having held senior finance positions in esteemed infrastructure and investment management firms. He joins InfraRed from Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, where he served as CFO. In this role, he was responsible for all financial reporting, forecasting, control and operations of the £950 million ($1.2 billion) listed investment trust.
