InfraRed Capital Partners has appointed Oliver Meier as managing director within its Capital Formation team to lead the firm’s recently opened office in Frankfurt, Germany, starting Nov. 1.
Meier joins InfraRed from Selinus Capital Advisors, where he served as head of alternative investments sales. In this role, he led the distribution team responsible for infrastructure, private equity and natural resources throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). He managed capital raising for a wide range of infrastructure investments, including sector-specific and diversified fund strategies, as well as co-investments and direct investments.
Prior to joining Selinus Capital Advisors, Meier served as a director in the corporates and markets division at Commerzbank. There, he was responsible for managing relationships with German and Austrian multinational corporates, as well as overseeing project and leveraged finance clients.
