InfraRed Capital Partners has made a majority investment in NxN Datacenters, a Spain-based next-generation data center platform.
NxN was formed in 2023 as a joint venture between Nethits Telecom Group and asset manager Adequita Capital. The platform was designed to serve the growing storage and computing demand in Spain, with a particular focus on regional enterprise customers. The platform aims to create a network of highly efficient, hyperconnected data centers and provide infrastructure services tailored to the computing and storage needs of businesses.
InfraRed, alongside minority investor Adequita, will support the development of NxN’s first asset, a 5-megawatt facility located in Valencia, as well as ongoing expansion opportunities across the Iberian Peninsula.
