InfraRed-backed Hecate Grid rebrands to Fullmark Energy

Hecate Grid, an independent power producer (IPP) focused exclusively on energy storage, has rebranded to Fullmark Energy, in tandem with the company’s expansion of its energy storage portfolio in Southern California — collectively known as the Redwood Projects.

Founded in 2018 and backed by InfraRed Capital Partners, Fullmark Energy currently manages 300 megawatt-hours of operating and in-construction projects, with a 4-gigawatt development pipeline strategically positioned across multiple U.S. markets. The strategic rebrand reflects the company’s evolution from an organization focused primarily on project development to a fully integrated energy storage company that develops, finances, builds, owns and operates standalone battery energy storage system projects across the United States.
