Infranode has acquired a newly built school facility in Sweden from Platzer in a move to bolster its social infrastructure portfolio.
The school operating in the facility now accommodates about 700 students, with capacity for a growing number of students. The facility is environmentally certified under the Swedish certification Miljöbyggnad Silver standard and spans 10,000 square meters (107,639 square feet).
Infranode said it is located in the emerging area of Södra Änggården, a new district in Gothenburg emerging at the foot of Änggårdsberge. The area has 1,900 homes, a school, a preschool, restaurants and services, all near the sea, nature and central Gothenburg.
