Infranity has closed a comprehensive €190 million ($223 million) financing package for Eliance, a European aerial emergency services (AES) provider.
Eliance, which operates predominantly in Spain and Italy, manages public contracts across emergency medical services, search and rescue, and firefighting segments.
This strategic financing ensures a long-term sustainable debt platform for Eliance while also offering additional committed delayed draw facilities to fuel future growth. The investment supports essential public services and infrastructure that make a tangible difference in society.
