Infranity, an investment firm specializing in essential infrastructure, has announced the successful closing of the financing package supporting Retelit Datacenter (RDC), the data center platform of the Retelit Group fully owned by Asterion Industrial Partners, an investment manager focusing on European infrastructure.
Retelit operates one of Italy’s most extensive and interconnected digital infrastructure platforms, comprising 38 data centers nationwide, including the Avalon Campus in Milan — the country’s largest interconnection hub, hosting more than 170 national and international operators. The company has demonstrated sustained growth driven by increasing demand for housing services, cloud capacity and mission-critical colocation infrastructure.
