Infranity, part of Generali Investments, has launched a new open-ended evergreen infrastructure ELTIF for the private wealth segment.
The fund formally debuts the new generation of Infranity Private Wealth fund range and builds on Infranity’s private wealth platform, which has already attracted approximately €1.7 billion ($2 billion) across two existing vehicles since 2020.
The fund, backed by the Generali Group, primarily seeks to offer private wealth investors exposure to a large, diversified base of essential European core-plus equity assets supported by global energy, digital and demographic megatrends. The fund offers investors the opportunity to contribute to the development of established infrastructure platforms with growth potential that promote sustainability characteristics. It will co-invest alongside the institutional flagship strategies of Infranity, investing more than €2.5 billion ($3 billion) per year in highly selected assets in Europe.
