Infranity invests in French PV energy producer Terre et Lac

Infranity, part of Generali Investments’ ecosystem, has agreed to acquire a significant minority share in Terre et Lac, a French developer and independent power-producer specializing in solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions, alongside the company’s founding team.

Terre et Lac is an independent French solar energy producer, developing and operating PV solutions, from residential rooftop solar to ground-mounted solar, across France. Since its inception in 2009, the company has developed, built and operated more than 400 megawatts of solar plants. Due to its large pipeline of projects, Terre et Lac could reach 1 gigawatt of capacity under construction or operation by 2030.

The company plans to expand its presence with projects in the southwestern and southeastern areas of France and the recent opening of a new agency in Bordeaux. The group also aims to strengthen its expertise in the field of industrial and commercial roofing.
