Infranity has provided $50 million in financing to Redball Energy, a U.S.-based owner, operator, financier and developer of residential and commercial solar projects, to support the expansion of distributed solar infrastructure in the United States.
The financing will support the partial refinancing of existing debt while providing additional capital to fund the construction of new solar projects. The transaction also will enable Redball Energy to continue expanding its portfolio and strengthen its position as a key contributor to the deployment of distributed renewable-energy infrastructure in the United States.
