A fund managed by Infra Impact Investment Managers Proprietary has acquired a significant minority stake in Cybersmart Proprietary, an internet-service provider and fiber-network owner serving South Africa’s telecommunications sector.
With more than 22 years in the business, Cybersmart’s client base is diversified, including blue-chip corporations, small- and medium-sized businesses, educational institutions and home users.
The additional capital injection from Infra Impact will allow Cybersmart to scale up its operations in South Africa.
