Infinium Logistics snaps up three new sites for EV fleet charging real estate fund

Infinium Logistics has acquired three new assets in the United Kingdom for its FleetHubs property investment platform — the world’s first dedicated EV fleet charging real estate fund. FleetHubs combines commercial real estate with low-carbon energy infrastructure to create parking and charging assets to drive the lowest price and lowest carbon-electricity solution for global fleets.

Infinium acquired sites in Heathrow, Sheffield and Surrey for a total consideration of £40 million ($50 million). The Heathrow Flightpath car park was purchased for £22.5 million ($28 million) from Aprirose. Located near Terminals 2 and 3, the property consists of more than 700 parking spaces across four acres and is occupied by a Meet & Greet airport parking operator.
