Igneo Infrastructure Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Strait Link, an Australian end-to-end supply chain logistics company, from Allegro Funds. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Strait Link is the largest integrated freight logistics provider across the Bass Strait, linking Tasmania and mainland Australia. With long-term leases over strategic port terminals in Burnie and Melbourne and logistics depots across Tasmania, it has a 45 percent market share of the Bass Strait trade and is integral to the supply chain in the area.
