Igneo Infrastructure Partners has acquired the fixed base operations (FBO) of FlightServ at Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) in Trenton, N.J., through its Infinity Aviation Group platform.
This transaction represents the third location and second bolt-on acquisition for Infinity Aviation, Igneo’s FBO platform within its North American strategy, focused on the consolidation of on-airport infrastructure businesses in attractive, growing U.S. markets.
FlightServ operates a portfolio of on-airport general aviation assets at TTN, including fueling services and approximately 80,000 square feet of modern, purpose-built hangarage completed in 2023. The business is positioned in the attractive New York metropolitan general aviation market, serving a growing community of business jet operators.
The acquisition also includes a development parcel that Infinity Aviation plans to transform into a modern hangarage at scale.
