I Squared Capital has plans to acquire a stake in the WhiteWater Solitude Pipeline System, a newly established greenfield natural gas platform developed alongside WhiteWater Midstream and First Infrastructure Capital.
WhiteWater Midstream and First Infrastructure Capital together will hold the controlling operatorship interest in the Solitude Pipeline System, a planned system of two 48-inch natural gas pipelines connecting the Permian Basin to Katy, Texas — a key gateway to Gulf Coast LNG, industrial and data center demand.
I Squared said the investment builds on its partnership with WhiteWater, including the Whistler Pipeline — which connects the Permian Basin to LNG, Mexico and the Gulf Coast — and the fully contracted Matterhorn Express Pipeline, which transports Permian gas to the Gulf Coast and Texas demand centers.
