Hodes Weill & Associates, a global capital advisory firm focused on real estate, infrastructure and other real assets, has appointed Dan Collins to principal and Ben Cohn to vice president on the firm’s distribution team.
Collins will be responsible for maintaining coverage of North America-based institutions, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and foundations. He also will assist in business origination, including infrastructure mandates.
Collins brings more than a decade of experience in investment banking, asset management and private capital advisory to the firm. Most recently, he served as managing director at FIRSTavenue, where he oversaw project management, origination and fund due diligence for energy infrastructure capital raising. His previous roles include principal at Greenhill & Co., managing director at PNC and vice president at Barclays Investment Bank.
