Jeff Hildebrand, CEO and founder of Hilcorp Energy Co., has stepped down, according to media outlets.
His successor is Greg Lalicker, who previously served as COO. Lalicker joined the firm in 2012.
Hildebrand will remain as an executive chairman.
Hildebrand is the 209th wealthiest person in the world with a net worth of $7.6 billion, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
