Following the completion of Northill Capital’s acquisition of the international businesses of Hastings Funds Management, the global infrastructure specialist, Hastings’ international businesses will rebrand from today and will be known as Vantage Infrastructure.
Vantage Infrastructure is an independent global debt and equity infrastructure investment specialist with offices in London, New York City and Singapore. The business manages more than $3 billion in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets located throughout Europe, North America and Australia for global institutional investors.
Alongside majority owner Northill, senior members of the Vantage Infrastructure management team own a material equity stake in the business. Northill is committed to investing over the long term to support and further develop Vantage Infrastructure’s capabilities. Vantage Infrastructure will retain operational independence while members of Northill will join the Vantage Infrastructure board.
