HarbourVest Partners has completed the final close of its third Infrastructure Opportunities Fund (IOF III), securing $865 million in commitments from limited partners across the globe.
IOF III was backed by both existing and new limited partners — primarily institutional clients — including 18 new investors across diverse channels and geographies.
IOF III focuses on secondary investment opportunities and is further strengthened by direct co-investments in infrastructure assets across North America and Western Europe. The successful fundraise nearly doubled the size of the fund’s predecessor, positioning IOF III to capitalize on a compelling set of secondary and direct co-investment infrastructure opportunities.
