GS Power Partners, an independent power producer (IPP) that acquires, develops, finances and owns distributed generation commercial and industrial and community solar projects, has announced a slew of key promotions and additions to its executive team.
Nick Sangermano, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of direct experience in power, capital markets and renewables, has been named president of GS Power Partners. In his new role, Sangermano will help to shape the company’s strategic direction while overseeing commercial efforts. Previously, he held leadership roles with CohnReznick, Rubicon and CleanCapital and has raised more than $3 billion of capital in solar, wind, hydro and geothermal to advance the energy transition.
