Greencoat Renewables has acquired the 37-megawatt Tullahennel Wind Farm in Ireland from Apollo Global Management.
The wind farm consists of 13 GE 2.85-megawatt turbines that have been operational since 2018, according to McCann FitzGerald, which advised funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management on the sale.
The acquisition brings Greencoat’s total installed capacity to 837 megawatts.
