Grant Dooley has joined ARA Asset Management as CEO of its new infrastructure business. Dooley, a former diplomat with more than 25 years of experience in Asia-related investment and trade issues, is based in Singapore. He is responsible for establishing and driving the growth of its infrastructure fund management business globally. Dooley was previously with Australia-based infrastructure manager Hastings Fund Management, where he led the firm’s Asia operations as regional head, and developed and implemented a strategic business plan to establish the company as “the partner-of- choice for Asian institutional investors focused on global infrastructure investments.
