Grant Davis, former managing director at Infra-Energy Capital Advisors, has joined FIRSTavenue, a global private-funds placement agent and investment advisory firm, as managing director.
Based in the firm’s New York office, Davis will support the global private placements aspect of the business.
“I am very excited to be joining the FIRSTavenue organization and look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm's direct capital placement business on behalf of its corporate, developer and private equity clients,” said Davis in a statement.
Davis brings more than 35 years of experience in private equity, project finance and development, and corporate finance to the role.
At Infra-Energy Capital, Davis advised institutional investors and strategic clients in sourcing, structuring and managing real asset investments in the North American energy and infrastructure sectors.
