by Kali Persall

Grain Management, a trusted solutions provider to the broadband and communications industry, has promoted three senior-level investment team members to principal.

Diya Berger, Arya Heidari and Jeff Zhou are integral members of the Grain team and significant value creators across the firm’s portfolio of broadband and digital-infrastructure companies.

Berger joined Grain in 2019 as a senior associate after starting her career in investment banking and asset finance. During her five years at Grain, she has played a leading role in deal origination, acquisition and value creation across the firm, particularly in fiber-optics telecommunications provider Summit Broadband and managed services provider Spectrotel. Before Grain, Berger was at Lending Club and Morgan Stanley.

Heidari joined the firm in 2021 as a vice president after a five-year stint in investment banking. He now serves on the board of 55H (formerly 55 Hereford), a state-of-the-art data center near Toro
