BNP Associates, an air transportation design and engineering firm backed by Godspeed Capital Management, has acquired Establish, a New York City–based global consulting firm specializing in warehousing and supply-chain logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Establish has a 50-year history of optimizing supply-chain networks through a combination of analytics, supply planning strategy and design expertise.
Through this acquisition, BNP will provide additional logistics services to its growing roster of aviation clients while bringing innovative solutions to airports from emerging and proven technologies in the adjacent warehousing space.
The transaction marks the first acquisition by BNP since launching as Godspeed Capital’s eighth dedicated platform brand in fall 2024.
