Assets in infrastructure funds have surged to a record high of $1.35 trillion, according to a new analysis from Ocorian, a company specializing in asset servicing for private markets and corporate and fiduciary administration.
These assets have more than doubled in value since 2020 from $652 billion and have gained 10 percent since December 2024, Ocorian’s latest Global Asset Monitor found. Ocorian is predicting further growth of around 70 percent between now and 2030, bringing total assets in global infrastructure funds to $2.3 trillion.
