GenZero, an investment platform company focused on accelerating decarbonization globally, has completed a secondary purchase of a fund interest in Seraya Partners Fund I from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), a multilateral development bank focused on financing sustainable infrastructure for tomorrow.
The transaction gives GenZero exposure to an established portfolio of energy transition and sustainable infrastructure assets across key Asian markets. It also reflects GenZero’s conviction that Asia Pacific will continue to play a critical role in global decarbonization, given the scale of the region’s infrastructure needs and the opportunity to mobilize capital towards practical, commercially viable solutions.
