Martha Kammoun, a former hire at Starwood Energy Group, has joined Bracewell as a partner in the firm’s New York City–based power practice. Bracewell is a law and government relations firm serving the energy, infrastructure, finance and technology industries.
“Martha's extensive experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, particularly on behalf of institutional investors, private equity funds and portfolio companies, will benefit clients who are navigating the challenges and opportunities present in today's dynamic business environment,” said Gregory Bopp, managing partner at Bracewell.
Kammoun joined Starwood Energy Group in 2015 as deputy general counsel and was promoted to co-general counsel in 2018. At Starwood, she advised on all legal aspects of the fund's business, including acquisitions, financing, development, asset management, and fund structuring and governance.
