Macquarie Asset Management has brought on Florestan Ferroux as managing director, infrastructure debt. He will focus on investment-grade and subinvestment-grade private infrastructure debt investments.
Ferroux was previously director, infrastructure debt, at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). He also served as director, transactions and investments, at CDPQ Infra, before becoming senior director, infrastructure debt, at CDPQ — his role before joining Macquarie.
“After nearly a decade at La Caisse (CDPQ), I am grateful to my colleagues and partners for their support, collaboration and friendship,” Ferroux wrote in a LinkedIn post. “I am excited to begin this next chapter at a firm with a longstanding track record and deep expertise in infrastructure investing.
