FixMap acquires Skynet

Arcus Infrastructure Partners has announced that FixMap, a Polish fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) operator and a portfolio company in Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp (AEIF3), has entered into an agreement to acquire Skynet. Skynet is a FTTH operator and Internet Service Provider (ISP) based in Warsaw.

FixMap has been established through a highly active buy-and-build strategy, with Skynet representing the 23rd acquisition for the company and the third under AEIF3’s ownership.

Skynet is a regional FTTH operator, with approximately 56,000 homes passed (HPs) and 19,000 homes connected (HCs) across the Greater Warsaw area, delivering reliable fixed internet, television and radio internet services to both retail and business customers. The company has plans to widen its existing network coverage with the roll-out of approximately 46,000 more HPs in the area, almost doubling its network.
