First Sentier Group, a global asset management organization, has announced the appointment of Belinda Webber as chief people officer, effective Aug. 31. Based in Sydney, she will join the executive committee and report to CEO Harry Moore.
Webber will play a key role in shaping the group’s people strategy, supporting the development of a more connected, high-performing and client-focused organization. She will work closely with senior leaders across the business to attract, develop and retain talent globally.
Webber joins from Rabobank, where she served as group executive, chief human resources officer, with responsibility for human resources and corporate affairs across Australia and New Zealand. She brings more than 25 years of experience and a strong track record in leading complex projects, transformation initiatives and culture improvements, while championing employee engagement.
