fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547), in partnership with Harrison Street, has announced the acquisition of the Global Access Point Union Station data center located in South Bend, Ind.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The Union Station data center sits atop the transcontinental fiber system connecting Chicago to the East Coast.

"We are excited to bring the South Bend data center under 1547’s umbrella of highly connected facilities," said J. Todd Raymond, CEO at 1547. "This acquisition aligns with our strategy to expand our connectivity-focused portfolio and enhance our service offerings across the Midwest.
