Fengate Asset Management has appointed Colin Peppard as director, infrastructure investments, based in Los Angeles.
Peppard brings more than 18 years of experience managing programs and policy initiatives to develop and invest in both public infrastructure and operational projects to Fengate. Prior to joining Fengate, he was senior director, P3s and innovation, for LA Metro.
In this role he directed the evaluation and development of complex, multibillion-dollar capital projects, including the first-of-its-kind Sepulveda Transit Corridor P3 Predevelopment Agreement.
Prior to LA Metro, Peppard served as a senior policy adviser and legislative aide for United States Senator Thomas Carper, of Delaware, where he oversaw policy development and legislative strategy, and helped to negotiate two federal transportation bills.
