EXCLUSIVE — Prostar’s Kyungnam Energy commissions historic green hydrogen refueling station in Korea

Kyungnam Energy (KNE), an integrated energy platform of Prostar Capital, has developed and commissioned Korea’s first green hydrogen refueling station based on anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolysis technology.

Located at KNE’s headquarters in Changwon, South Korea, the facility represents Gyeongsangnam-do Province’s first and the country’s second green hydrogen facility. The project was delivered through a consortium led by KNE, which includes the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning Changwon Industrial Promotion Agency, GTC, YEST, OCI Power, Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials, and Mirae EHS-code Research Institute.
